UTM Zones

There are 60 longitudinal projection zones, numbered from 1 to 60, beginning at 180°W. Each zone spans 6 degrees in width, with a few exceptions near Norway and Svalbard.

Additionally, there are 20 latitudinal zones covering the latitudes from 80°S to 84°N, labeled with the letters C to X, excluding the letters I and O. Each of these zones spans 8 degrees from south to north, except for zone X, which spans 12 degrees from south to north.
